“This place is a hidden gem . The owners have managed to keep the old style turkish baths with a twist of modern. The spa has a very relaxed atmosphere. Facilities are good as there is everything you could need here. Sauna, steam & cold room, jacuzzi, pool & showers with a ice cold bucket feature. It's a small spa, however, everything you need to be relaxed & enjoy the experience is there. The staff are amazingly friendly, very clean . We had a VIP package which included a Argan hair wash, well worth giving, my hair is super soft. The kese wash / scrub leaves your skin super clean & feels amazing. After you have finished, you have a complimentary Turkish tea in the reception to end the experience. I have read other reviews regarding privacy & treatments in the same space as other customers. I can assure you that nobody is interested in what treatment anyone else is having. You are so relaxed & in the moment with your own treatment, nobody cares. It's a massive marble slab where you have your treatment, so, you are not in anyone else's space. Definately will be returning. Thank you to all the staff who made this experience amazing. Truly authentic hammam! Sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, ice room and pool to relax in. We had the platinum package, a 45 minute treatment and then hair wash in argan oil shampoo. Sue was fabulous! All staff really friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!

The staff were wonderful, all of them are so friendly and welcoming. A big thank you for Nafisa for the massage. My body was so relaxed afterwards and my knots were all loosen up. It was easy to book and we think that the platinum package was excellent value for money as we had an hour to enjoy the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, pool and ice room before our exhilarating body scrub and massage. The facilities are spotless and all staff friendly and helpful. It’s a brilliant Hammam experience, easily as good as our last one in Istanbul, and we feel lucky that we have this facility here in London. We’ll certainly be regulars!

Excellent! It’s was a first for me and my wife and i can truly say we was surprised. We decided to have a deep tissue massage which was also a first for us and it was above our expectations and we really enjoyed our massage. Really good place and would definitely recommend to anyone. I booked this as a last minute birthday gift for my partner as a pamper day treat. The receptionist was really friendly and fitted us in for the same day, it was a blessing that someone had cancelled. It's based in Edmonton which is a very robust, economically challenged area with no frills attached, however when you walk into the Hammam Spa you suddenly forget that you are in Edmonton as the place is a gem. All of the staff are lovely and attentive. The venue is very clean. it is very compact with all you need under one roof with a cosy feel. We had dry steam, wet steam, cold room, lovely cute swimming pool and a turkish scrub which made our skin squeaky clean. All in all i would definitely recommend. It is great value for money.

Went there on a Saturday with my brother as it was a birthday gift. The reception area is very elegant and the staff was very friendly and very helpful. Being our first time the staff explained what we had to do and we were shown around the spa and told where and what to do before our treatment. The Spa was very clean and well maintained. The ladies that provided our treatments were very friendly and made you feel welcomed and relaxed. I must say I found this Spa the best I have been too even compared with the ones up Town as it was local, clean and the staff made you feel very welcome and relaxed would definitely recommend to friends and family. They also provide you with water at all times and a lovely complimentary Turkish tea before you leave. Please pay a visit I guarantee you will love it even just to use the facilities, Steam room, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Cold room and Pool.

Amazing experience, and worth every penny. The spa is clean, spacious, and staff are very friendly and helpful. The first two hours were spent making use of the Jacuzzi, Swimming Pool, Sauna, and steam room. This was followed by a 20 min scrub and foam massage which was amazing, and makes you feel super clean. And finally the ice room to cool down before a nice shower. Cold water was made available regularly. We were also given complimentary Turkish Tea before leaving. I will definitely be going back.

I had an amazing experience today, I was very happy with the service and treatment that I received. I left feeling refreshed, like a new woman. Also the staff were so lovely I even brought some soap as it was so amazing ! from debs and paris.

I booked the couples retreat with my boyfriend as a treat. I got there and received a warm welcome from the lovely receptionist. Towels, slippers and locker keys were provided. The whole service was a 10/10. The ladies that gave us the treatment were attentive and patient. They all attended to our needs and made us feel so comfortable considering it was a first time experience for most of us. The massage at the end of the treatment was the icing on the cake. I would definitely recommend and would come back again... I literally walked away feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Extra bonus points

Absolutely amazing! Me and my mum came here today for the spa and body scrub, it was so relaxing and just so serene and zen! I felt so relaxed afterwards! The staff are super friendly and polite and made us feel so comfortable!! Definitely coming back and would highly recommend! Tip for the ladies, Monday, Wednesday and Fridays are ladies only!!

This hammam is one of the best I've been to, it's very clean (no hair everywhere) and spacious. The staff are welcoming, polite and helpful. I felt properly pampered after my treatments and massage I was offered some herbal tea which was so refreshing.

I've been visiting this spa for a good few years now on a monthly basis and was very sad when they had to close due to the Covid pandemic. Now they have reopened and are still providing an excellent service. The premises are clean. All facilities; swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and ice room are in full working order and the Hammam scrub is still out of this world! The staff and very friendly and always willing to help. I would recommend you try this at least once and you will find yourself booking in every month like me 🙂

I loved my experience at The Old Hammam & Spa. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, especially the spa cleaner. She was very helpful and relaxed. Everyone should come here! The manger was extremely kind and informative. Also, the complimentary tea was very much needed at the end of my session. I will definitely be returning.

Where to start??? This place is magnificent! Very, very clean. Ladies only day was an excellent, revitalising experience. The use of ‘All’ the facilities were wonderful and the staff are kind, pleasant, professional and attentive. To top it all off, the Turkish bath and end of session Turkish tea was AMAZING 🤩……To be honest, myself and my companions felt like Royalty (with a capital R). I will definitely be coming back.

This is such an amazing spa and very hijabi friendly on the ladies only days! The staff are extremely sweet and the facilities are immaculate. The level of hygiene is unmatched. If you are look for an inexpensive and relaxing activity this hammam and spa is the place! The ladies that do the exfoliation and massage are very talented and gentle they’ll make you feel relaxed and refreshed.
