Below is some general information to help you know what to expect, feel at ease and make your experience with us as pleasant as possible. You will be entering a tranquil space designed to provide a rare escape from life’s stresses, and so long as you remember the below, you – and your fellow guests – will have a wonderful Hammam and Spa experience.
Dresscode
- Swimwear must be worn throughout your visit. We recommend a two-piece swimming costume to ladies to ensure an effective body exfoliation and swimming trunks for men.
- We provide slippers and caps for long hair.
- If you require a towel, there is a £6 surcharge each or £10 for two. Please feel free to bring your own towel. Both towels and slippers are returned at the end of your experience.
What to expect
- On your first visit you will be required to fill out a consultation form which consists of a general health check.
- We have individual male and female changing rooms, each with 40 lockers. Tokens are provided on entry.
- The recommended time spent in each facility at any one time is 15 minutes.
- CCTV is in operation for the security and safety of our guests and staff (CCTV disabled from 10am-7pm during all Ladies Only sessions).

Laser Treatment: £30 charge to rearrange booking.

Our payments are non-refundable. We can offer credit valid for 3 months with over 48-hours cancellation notice.
Please note that if you are late to your appointment, we will only have the remaining time allocated. We aim to begin treatments within 40-60 minutes of your session start time.
